The Different Fruits of Private Prayer

I think that most often at this point in my life, when I hear the Lord, it comes into a poem. And so I'm much more frequently journaling, like my prayer journal is much more poems than it is. Usually, usually it's me speaking to the Lord, or speaking about the Lord. But sometimes he will give me words back and then I have words from him as well. So what are the various fruits of both speaking to God, whether it's through poetry or just speaking, or and then the fruits also of what you hear? What are the fruits that you feel?
