The easy way out as you said unfortunately is to control your pensionable earnings. One way to do that is to do less work in the NHS and more work outside the NHS non-pensionable work. It's not just solely pension stuff you got to remember there are other factors at play here it's quite tough i'm sure you will agree to do the job to me.
