Action Is the Antidote to Anxiety

Anxiety is an emotion that's underlying fear. Then there's some kind of threat, and we're in our mind or our body, it's trying to alert us to a potential threat. Action is the antidote to anxiety. We can't always put our anxiety into action,. particularly if we're worried about something that's outside of our control. And in that case, the action becomes acceptance. So i anxietyis trying to help us do what to take action anxiety shows up.
