But since I moved to Colorado with the kiddos, there's this lake that I live right by and I go for walks around at every afternoon and I started thinking to myself like, damn, I don't think I have to do this by myself anymore. And so sometimes they take weeks, sometimes months, I've had deals that take years to come into fruition. It's a lot of work. You know, I'm constantly SEO on the website, constantly generating leads, constantly taking phone calls, follow up phone calls, getting contract signed.
