How Do You Start Disseminating Your Work?

Bernice, what made you passionate about scholarship and medical education? It's so interesting because I think I've trained in institutions where it was just commented to scholarly activity. And then later I collaborate with colleagues at Northwestern to start to do workshops and I really enjoyed them. So now it feels kind of natural to do them and like I guess still being in an academic center. But these are ways to build that kind of network and dissemination of your work.
