Stoner by John Williams

i've been reading j a bakers the peregrine leafing through big encyclopedias of birds learning how they developed the different temperaments interacting with birds of prey at my local falconry. now and then you'll be out in nature walking looking around watching the birds and wisdom will be revealed to you on the unconscious level it might bubble up for a moment and we might think consciously ah i get it. there's a really interesting passage in john williams' stoner right near the beginning of the book where stoner is in the classroom and they're talking about a she experienced on it one of my personal favorites that time of year now maced in me behold
