The Overuse of Flat Roots in Heart Rate Training

I've fallen out of love with heart rate zones in that sense I don't, I don't push it. And mental factors, how people feel what they're wearing, the terrain, whether that's variable and I think it just overly encouraged over the years. It was almost encouraging all the wrong training behaviors by trying to stick, stick within this zone or kept or worried that they were going to creep over that zone. Overuse of flat roots. Yeah, so constant steady levels. And potentially the same roots.
