If you're employing people and they're quietly quitting, you have to ask yourself, do they feel like i don't know them? So as leaders, we need to go back and say, do i know them? Do they know why their job matters? And then the third thing is give them some indication of whether they're succeeding or not. People are owed that. Every employee in any job, i don't care if your professional football player, the vice president of marking it a massive company, or a line employee at a fast food restaurant,. Everybody needs to know, am i doing a good job?
