The simple trick for this is to use the values of the country where you live and then make some alterations. This includes how much people are paid for jobs that either don't exist here or haven't done a long time. For example if I go into our restaurant and I buy prepared food I know how much various things are going to cost where I live. A cheap sit down dinner is under twenty. A nicer outing will set me back about thirty dollars for just me. Something above fifty dollars would be expensive. That'll be something like a rare occasion like near Zeev and that's partly due to demand on such an important day.
