Crystal's son owns 15 properties. His general contractor who's been with him since pretty near the start, all of a sudden is done exactly what you said. And he's now in Detroit working full time for Microsoft and then after hours going out to his houses and trying to duct tape the situation because the general has just gone nuts. Crystal: This turnkey thing, it has a way of backfiring on your sometimes because they find things you would never find. I would have never had my heat above 70 degrees, but you know, the Californians came in and I didn't realize that was just something that you never think about.
