You've probably heard of Ben Patrick, aka Knees Over Toes Guy, who exploded onto the fitness scene during the pandemic by creating a renaissance of movements that had fallen from the pop-culture fitness scene. 

Well, now I'd like to introduce you to the man who has been working with Ben Patrick and other unique movement gurus to create equipment that wasn't readily available prior - like the TibBar,  Nordic Bar, BP Sled, Wrist Axe, Weight Releasers and more. 

His name is Michael Sears, founder of HGG Performance (formerly the Home Gym Guy) out of Australia.
