The Importance of Charity
If you make $2 million, you are less likely to give 10% of your resources than somebody who makes 20,000. The bread and cup that millionaires receive is funded by 14 year olds from a $20 payday. Today in the American church, among those who identify as followers of Jesus Christ, 50% give nothing. It is a mercy for Jesus to talk more about money and greed than he does about heaven and hell.
