Is There a Way to Transparency in Injury Reporting?

I think for the most part, if you have a real obvious discrepancy between how that player is performing or what ends up happening on Sunday based on the injury reporting you did during the week, they can investigate it and you can get fined. The sports that I have a problem with hockey are this upper body and lower body injury. And their argument is that players will be targeted. And my argument back to that is, well, they are anyway, and it's not like the other teams don't know what happened. So it doesn't keep you from being successful. And you don't have to tell all the details, but giving enough for people to work with, I think is important.
