AI Risk: The Most Reasonable View

Most people just don't even understand the issue well enough to have an opinion. The most reasonable view about AI risk is that humans will deploy it on other humans on purpose. Not this sci-fi stuff of the AI will become self-aware and kill us. But rather that a human being with bad motives will say, Hey, I go kill those humans"
