I like people who are more efficient, but I'm never the super hardworking type. Most people say really hard work is more important than talent. If you have it fine, use it. If you don't have it, it doesn't matter. As a habit, it is more dependable than inspiration. Continued learning is more dependative than talent. And Portuguese football or Christiano Granolo emphasizes the blood, sweat and tears that went into training talent without work is nothing.
