It doesn't sound to me like you're actually at any point asking for them for anything in return. Is that a fair assessment? I think the key is, you know, it's not rocket science, but what I think is the science behind it is that you've built systems in your practice to actually execute. What doesn't get measured, doesn't get managed, right. So, just like regular client referrals and prospects falling through the cracks, we need to have systems and processes in place to adequately nurture them.
