The Outback YAR Program
I do own different properties throughout my business. The actual particular ones that I've put towards the Outback YAR program has come through conversations with owners, with people that I know. And so we do have a lot of experience homelessness. We ask them to do a contribution to the rent so they can actually start getting a rent history. So it's actually been just talking to different people who have property who also, you know, want to invest and do the right thing for their own kind of finance and money plans but also want to do some good.
