How to Develop Concentration Practice

Part of being a student and learning to meditate is relaxing all the time. If you're only sitting to practice concentration for 10 minutes a day, but the rest of the day you're not paying attention, you will get nowhere. We need both the daily effort to be present and be mindful and the daily efforts to develop concentration itself. These two are completely interdependent.
