The First Event in the First 60 Days
The key is speedy group building so that you don't get disappointed with having your first event be potentially a flap. Once you hit 20 the first 30 days, it doesn't matter wheth you ave 20 or a hundred or 200. If you have less than 10, it's kind of going to be in trouble. Between ten and 20, it's going to be good. And 20 or more is going to be great.
