i like to be very prepared, but i also think one thing that i've learned is you too prepared. So i try to read the books of the guests that i have on that have booksa. Sometimes that means skimming them or listening to most of it on audio book,. I can't n i can't read every single book. And then spend time jotting out, not necessarily questions, but like topic headings or areas that i want to explore. It's good to put all that in your consciousness and then forget it, and then just show up and be present. There's something to about the constraint your creating a constraint on yourself.
