The Balance Between Suffering and Having Fun
Like any skill, the key is to like find a balance between like, you want to suffer because you have to grow. But you also want to do what's fun as well. You need a little bit of both. If you're just having fun all the time, you're not really getting better. And I think as you scale up your career, it's important to realize what you like and what you don't like.
