There was plenty of very very obscene music as well as the comedy songs and the more euphemistic material. There were less euphemistic songs too, called things like Bulldike Blues but I won't look at those in any more detail here. The other thing about hokom songs is that they stuck to a fairly straightforward formula - there was a simple pattern of a verse which had different lyrics every time.
