I never approach a policeman in the US. The police, not just a gun, it's very visible. They are very visible. So there is a big literature now on policing, and making policing be more friendly. There is a lot of things what I call process utility, not outcome utility. What is the difference between a good airline and a bad airline? Not just what you do. In fact, I was looking at statistics, I said my data, they can go. So I had my IRA give me data. It's all publicly available, by the way. You know flight record data.
