Is There a Difference Between Women and Men?

Being a male nurse comes with all kinds of prejudices, and that's partly to do with the fact that males are under represented in that profession. It may well be true that if you're the minority sex in a given area, therere going to be certain problems that you confront. But it's not obvious to me that the appropriate way to address it is to insure strict genderparity in all areas. Because now you're engaging in a very robust form of social engineering.
