The Language Is Really Important
i think the language around the stuff is really important, which is, i think sometimes it hasn't been present in this conversation at all. Sometimes people will talk about it as if it's like a failure not to be got to move to that next stage of the trans equally this. So i think the language is really important to sort of take some of the ego out of it, basically becaus it's not a failure necessarily. Of course, that's like alitle bit wishful thinking. I think the'salways going to be some cases where there's a miss match, and some one might perceive that they can do this thing. And you that's obviously uncomfortable, and it happens
