Design thinking is not just with Apple if you go back even to IBM back in the 1950s and 60s there was a famous design design named Paul Rand who actually designed the IBM logo. Younger companies that tend already have design thinking and imbued in their DNA have an easier time versus older companies that are trying to learn it.
