i think the second circuit will take this opportunity to issue a very strong rebuke of the judge and a statement that in the future, no judge should ever issue a public decision while the jury is deliberating. That's too risky. The trial by jury guarantee of the bill of rights is too important i say. Maybe i have a lot of defamation on my mind, as i just finished another day of being deposed by david boys in a def ation suit. And so how does that relate to private lawsuits? Somebody accuses me of something, i accuse somebody of something. Ok?
