The First Amendment and the Court of Appeals in New York Times v. Sullivan
There's been a lot of discussion about legislative history here and you know even what was said on a plane ride, I think maybe back from California. One thing we can be sure of is that this present court is probably going to rely on the Lesho history but it's really going to look at the text of the statute pretty much. And then finally, I would just say, of course, Ash is right that this is a different scale. It's a different medium, but I appreciate that.
