The Importance of Prayer of Lament

In a pre manuscript version of your book, I was thinking a lot about lament. And I asked a couple of guys on the Nine Marks website to publish their prayers of laments. One paragraph says: Father, this morning we come to you deeply distressed and troubled like Jesus. When I read that, I'm like, wow, that's all this time. That does sound like the Psalms, I think, right? For sure. It sounds like Jesus. Yeah.
