i like mediaeval, my favorite period of history. Most people have no conception of what mediaeval life was really like. Life in a mediaeval city was actually pretty good. We've been propagandized into thinking that the bad things of modernity go along with and are necessarily partnered with what i think are the good things of moderny. I think those things can be split, and will split, whether we like it or not. So we can be scared, or we cannot be scared, but it's coming for us regardless, and for our children.
