The SEC's Best X Rule

"I think there are a lot of people out there that might say that FINRA has kind of like over time make a bit of a convoluted mess up their own best X-roll," he says. "As long as they can find ways to make sure that there's good harmonization there and that people understand what they need to do that may be different or hopefully the same, we could live with it." The SEC is going to look at all the comments before making any final decisions on which rules will go forward.
