Is This a Fundamental Change With Property?

A lot of people are wondering, like all of this change so quickly, should we alter plans that we have with property? Should we not do the things that we were planning to do or has it changed fundamentally? People are predicting some pretty scary stuff. I think you'd be surprised. The big thing for Australia and you can just start to see it now in Melbourne. In the next two or three years, there'll be a million extra people in the country. It won't be long before we see the population go from 26 to 27 million. There's a huge amount of demand for housing. So yes, interest rates are up, but they're actually up because the economy's over
