Do You Have a Plan to Minimize the Tragedy of the Commons?
The larger the group, the more likely we are to be susceptible to the tragedy of the commons. But there are design principles that can function in much larger groups which are able to sustain a stable pattern of interaction and not over exploit resources. Those design principles have to be ones that people have buy in for and they have to engage in shared patterns of forward thinking that are tied to it but the size of the group doesn't necessarily look like an limiting factor.
