The Power of Intergroup Contact
I remember a question that was posed a few times, the same question about how do you deal with white men who are resistant and experiencing inequity? And it just made me think of that intergroup contact. It might be that some of these men are not, you know, they're with people who are just like them and they don't have that exposure. Well, that's powerful. I mean, I think intellectually we know that logically we know that, but it's great to know that the research support, the science supports that, that you start starting young and young.
