What Is a Retrospective Look?

A double blinding study means that the patient and clinical staff, neither of them know if they're getting a medication or a placebo. So there's a term called intention to treat analysis, and that goes back to that dropout rate. And essentially, again, if you have patients that drop out, they've got to be counted in the trial. That's very, very important.
