In 2008, Scott publishes the book 20 years of Dilbert. He repeatedly blames diversity programs for the great failures of his life. In 2017, he tweeted, I lost my TV show for being white when UPN decided it would focus on an African American audience. That was the third job I lost for being white. The other two are in corporate America. They told me directly, which is again, different in the story. And that's very different from the reasonable answer that he gives in 2006. It's also definitely not true.
