Protein for Muscle Gain Is Not Actionable

16% protein would be a sustainable and healthy thing for anyone to apply to any diet. The point is it's just not actionable 16% of what then we need to then explain to people what we mean by that 16%. If you do does the general population even track their calories to know that most people don't so again it's not very helpful. A coach an M&U certified nutritionist will help you do this but if you just want to do it off the top of your head you'd have to be very good at maths.
