How to Scale a Learning Path
Most organizations are still in through experimental phase of trying to understand what their customer journeys even look like and where there are already existing learning moments that they could try and dial into. We're going to see from CSOs and CMOs around how do we kind of get the buy in for this or how do we scale it. And we're going to start with experimentation to demonstrate that working in a more coordinated way together to support the provision of a learning path is the right thing to do.
