Russell Taylor's Downfall
Russell Taylor, executive director of the Jared Fogle Foundation, was investigated by the Indiana State Police. An anonymous woman reported that Russell offered her sexual pictures of animals but police knew that having images of B.C. Altye was not a crime in Indiana. After all of Rochelle's work in the case, there was still no solid case against Jared according to the FBI. They never arrested Jared from all of Rocchelle's work as an informant. A completely different investigation ended up being his downfall.
