Do You Need to Measure Your HRV?

It's a little difficult to measure certain things because you can't megadose those things. There was a study where they used the sleep trackers and one group that slept really well. And there was another group that slept great. It's hard to it's hard to detect if those things have a big impact or not, not that they don't. So in a sense, like all these habits that we pick up and practices we do eventually the ultimate mastery of the tool or the method is to be able to let go of it.
