Introduction

Jonathan Frankel is a PhD student at MIT, where he researches AI and machine learning. In the other half of his life, he travels the country and world working on technology policy around AI with policymakers. He co-authored an ICLR paper that detailed how we've been using neural networks far bigger than we actually need.
