The Importance of Protein Intake in Weight Loss

So they're thinking it's a quick, quick, weight loss clinic and it's not. It's reaching the number on the scale rather than looking at other measures of health. If you're not careful to monitor protein intake, make sure they're doing resistance training. Again, it's just a tool to help in someone's weight loss journey. It should not be the only thing you're doing.
