Ecause i think you're totally on point about sort of how the destruction of the popular front during wd wor two, in the wake of mc carthyism, and the kind of, like excision of radical politics from the left,. Is a sort of, perhaps, at least, if not, i think there were some people who were just like, i am a liberal, and and i am committed to this project. But maybe even among people that sort have had more radical tendencies, or a sense of needing to edge away from ideology.
