As a conference organizer, it's so easy to say, what is wrong with people? Why have they not booked their like, why have they not. I've got a podcast episode either coming out about it or just came out where yeah, it kind of went through the whole buying journey,. Well, there's gonna be a podcast about it. But point being that we for some reason, the store owners, we have a really more entrepreneurs with a really hard time and that's we're wildly intentional about it. Understanding that our customers, their behavior is very rational, but we just don't see it because we're not in the position that they are.
