Aston Martin's Penalty in the Grand Prix

Fernando Alonso served his penalty and basically they thought it was fine then this ROC which is the remote operations centre in Geneva changed their mind again. It just seems like they don't know their own rules because they had those replays we saw it in the pit lane happening and theythought it was fine but then it wasn't when they looked at the review. Aston Martin can come back and argue and go yeah the Jack the Jackman's fine right that he's not part of the pit crewYeah okay then go on for Landa you've already done your tweet now saying your third so why not? There needs to be something that the FIA do that is clear cut rather than leaving
