Cop Taxed, Is It Going to Be a Bragett Deal or Not?
This isn't like the last big international negotiation i covered as a journalist, which was the bragett negotiations. There may be bits that get kicked into the future but we've been kicking the can down the road on some of these negotiations for so long now. The paris agreement was six years ago, and still haven't completed the rules for the paris agreement. So i am desperately hoping that we can finish off this round of negotiations and actually focused on reducing our omissions to deal with climate change.
