Ba: We have to assume that the laws are there in place, because they protect us from a state of war and maintain the peace. But on the other hand, i guess we are seeing again the same possible inconsistency in hobbs - obeying the sovereign is important but not killing someone when you think it's safe. So those are the ones like, if i actually kill somebody, that's really contributing a lot more toward undermining the social contract than my speeding a little when i think itsafe to do so.
