After suffering a devastating injury following the World Championships - one that left her unable to walk - Kate’s been forced to rebuild from the ground up.

We talk about how the injury happened, the brutal recovery process, and the mindset, structure, and support that are helping her through it. She also shares practical tips on burpees (she’s seriously good at them!) and how she’s finding motivation through rehab.
