Using a Parek Seal Agent for a Cloud Ip Speed Provider

The parek seal agent doesn't have to make a network request and wait for a reply before it goes through that's not the case. ETS evaluation is also done on the back end as well for let's say a longer rule where the memory consumption would blow up because you'd have too much data in ETS so there's a network communication there. All of these agents kind of have a similar setup with the HTTP requests pracio io sort of similar setup as well.
