The Suspense of Exodus 11

Exodus 11 is an interesting chapter because it doesn't feel like you are getting a lot of new information. I think mostly what you see here is as if Moses is taking chapter 10 verse 28, this final conversation that Moses is having with Pharaoh and expanding it a little bit. We're seeing more of what's happening. At the end of the last chapter at the end of 10, we're left on a cliffhanger. The Lord is even more specific about the calamity and the destruction that he's going to bring by destroying the firstborn of Egypt.
